Parts:

Products sold in as-is condition. South Sound Diesel LLC is not responsible for product defects caused by shipping or customer handling and/or use. No warranty or refunds on damaged products or adjacent equipment or parts is provided by South Sound Diesel LLC. Any returns must be in the same condition they were originally sent out in, otherwise a refund will not be issued. Customer required to pay full delivery charges. In person pickup or return is provided upon request through the contact page.

14 day return on unused and undamaged products. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any returns must be in the same condition they were originally sent out in, otherwise a refund will not be issued.

Service:

Customers give consent for South Sound Diesel LLC employees to access vessels with current work orders open in their name at any time until the work order is complete and all invoices have been cleared, received, and paid in full. The customer in contact will give full consent to any work done on the vessel, regardless of if they are the legal owner or not.

All mobile service travel time to and from vessel from shop is charged at full shop rate. All provided parts for service and repairs are paid through South Sound Diesel LLC at shop price unless provided by customer. If customer provided parts are used, a warranty will not be issued in the case of any failure attributed to the provided parts and full shop rate will apply for repairs.

Warranties are only provided for repairs on damaged engine components directly attributed to prior work done by South Sound Diesel LLC within the past 3 months or 10 total runtime hours on afflicted equipment. Refunds on prior paid invoices are not provided. South Sound Diesel LLC warranties up-to the dollar amount of the original invoice, the difference in any required parts to be paid by the customer upon completion of warranty work. Warranty work done by South Sound Diesel LLC waves any labor costs required to complete repairs.

All repairs must be consented by the contacted customer before the work will be done, whether verbally or through text. South Sound Diesel LLC may refuse requested repairs or recommend other options with customer consent.

All paid invoices are final. All invoices by default are to be sent electronically through email or text at the address provided by the contact customer. Customers may request to pay through a mailed check or through a different electronic contact address upon request. Failure to pay outstanding invoices after 30 days will result in an additional 15% late fee charge added every 7 days. Failure to pay outstanding invoices after 60 days will result in the final invoice amount after late fees being sent to collections. Failure to pay outstanding invoices after 90 days will result in a lien being placed on the vessel in relation to the unpaid invoice by South Sound Diesel LLC, regardless of vessel ownership.
